The guitar has become the foremost instrument in western music and in the past few years has increased its popularity with the new and born again guitarists alike.

It has also become a way for people to find the elements of expression and creativity in themselves that perhaps have been dormant since their childhood.

It is our mission to help these people find the fastest and the most effective way to learn the instrument and unfold these gifts. This will take us not only into the teaching of the guitar (when I state the guitar I will also include the bass guitar) but also into song writing, performance techniques and exams.

I believe that in the 25 years or so that I have taught the guitar I have learnt that the more we include the unconscious aspects of the mind the quicker we will learn. In fact it is my belief that we have to reverse the negative aspects of the formal education system that does not teach us to truly learn and be creative but instead teaches us to conform.
